Posts Not Being Noticed

I post in the section for new proposed voting systems and variants and no one responds, neither with support, nor opposition, nor expressions that my post is confusing or ambiguous. I suspect that the reason for this is that the software is not notifying them.
Approval-ordered Llull (letter grades) [10], Score // Llull [9], Score, STAR, Approval, other rated Condorcet [8]; equal-ranked Condorcet [4]; strictly-ranked Condorcet [3]; everything else [0].

I only see one recent post by you there. Maybe because the forum has low traffic?
Also, that post doesn't seem like it is serious. I don't think that is inviting to people wanting a substantive discussion.
