      Felix did not provide even the mapping from user-id numbers to user names.
      

      It wouldn’t happen to be something like 0 to 108 in the order that the accounts were created would it? Or perhaps 1 to 109?

      It's possible. As you can see in the archive, the user IDs are small integers.

      Approval-ordered Llull (letter grades) [10], Score // Llull [9], Score, STAR, Approval, other rated Condorcet [8]; equal-ranked Condorcet [4]; strictly-ranked Condorcet [3]; everything else [0].
