Multiwinner vs. Single-winner

I don't know how this distinction fell by the wayside. What if "Voting Method Discussion" with its three subtopics were replaced with two top-level topics with the same three subtopics, "Multiwinner Methods" and "Single-winner Methods"?

The single/multi split was there all along. It just wasn't obvious to me because the table of categories only shows a certain number of levels of detail, until you nose in.

@jack-waugh There is the category "Voting Methods", which splits into "Single-winner" and "Multi-winner", but "New Voting Methods and Variations" isn't similarly split, which seems asymmetrical. But I'm not sure if the new and existing methods need to be split from each other anyway.
